I was not posting at anyone specifically -- just the tone of the board. And I never stated that one should have any confidence in KK. To the contrary, my confidence rests with C&C, the Federal Circuit Court of appeals, the USPTO and the documented actions that they have taken. Those are not "hopes" but facts that change the odds of coming away a winner if one can get beyond our dislike of KK. There is so much more that support this thesis, but this esoteric exchange is starting to sound like "pumping" and I definitely do not want to go there.
