You are correct, however, it is my perception that the holders of the original shares began dumping right away, all the while blowing the company horn over a few week product apps. Seeking Alpha said it best , read the article. I have nothing to gain by posting the obvious accept to help obscure the hype that is often promoted on these tickers. I will release my grip here and shed a new light ,if the company institutes change and takes care of its shareholders, innovates and communicates its plan of action. Why not contact the company and ask them why they are not communicating and have chosen to go dark, while Keyotee shares the light. Many people lose money on the otc's maybe every one of them needs a gate keeper. Trade Well!
