EPTI Announces Completion of Merger

HOUSTON, TX / ACCESSWIRE / June 9, 2017 / Environmental Packaging Technologies Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC PINK: EPTI), a Nevada corporation, announced today that it has completed a reverse merger on June 8, 2017, in which Environmental Packaging Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation, became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. "This is an exciting new chapter for EPT," said David Skriloff, CEO. "Being a public company will allow us to have further access to the capital markets such that we can globally expand our production capabilities and continue to grow our business."
