I've been doing some reading and hear things in the news about companies that only objective is too short or dump or if you want to call it dilute a companies stock then RS at the last minute are getting fined by the SEC. I guess Donald J Trump isn't taking crap from MMs or crooked CEOs of the OTC market group.
