A lot of volume selling for this stock, for the news we got. I wonder if this was another share conversion dump fluff PR, or the real thing on most did not believe it.

I got to wonder where the cash will come from for the dividends?

Is this to pay the 98% insiders so they can pay off their loans they used to buy 98% of the company??? and to rally the stock price finally?

One thing I am sure of is retail no longer trusts the insiders, making rallies hard to maintain.

One other thing for sure, if the PR is not BS and they turned profitable enough to use a dividend to pump the stock price up to $10, so they can up-list to Nasdaq, this could be a hell of sleeper. But it has fooled me before.

Still long here. Todays news, if it was Pr'd well should have rallied the stock 50%
