Most "contracts" (see: MOUs) is with a fake company with a headquarters of some guy's house. The rare "company" they do "business" with has no verifiable business at all.
Best to stay away, unless you like giving your money to insiders for no return.
Rule #1 is never lose money.
Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
