Number of authorized shares still BLANK on the Idaho LEGAL page for SPOI. Maybe they DILUTED again,they sure don't need a pesky shareholder vote,that was taken care of last Aug when people BOUGHT their "big business" story and handed over a majority of shares with that DILUTION vote.

Fast forward TEN MONTHS and what do you have? NO DEBT paid off despite DILUTION to 11B shares and now a LAWSUIT against this SHAM for non-payment of interest payments. Oh but I'm sure in four years they'll make good on that $4.5M balloon payment.
