Just thinking 19.9 Billion PTEL shares convoluted over many companies (-1,000,000 DUTV -7,000 PTEL) in my activity log for sure. PEG Inc Divvy's issued and merged with Encounter Restricted.


I am of the opinion most of those shares are gone. I am also of the opinion there are 20.2135 million left at PTEL. I am also of the opinion you can't de-list with 240 SEC reported short in the company...

If the 168 Million TORQ was already sold into the market. I guess you'd need to cover that...could be wrong.


Guess we have 10 trading days or so to find out...and the effect
