I'm not sure that I'm qualified to make a comment on this, I did do a little reading and my take away was if they would have had 500 or more share holders they wouldn't be able to delist.

I'm thinking this is not a good sign , but I don't know honestly. Hope you have other plays to keep you occupied, during that transition.

Really hope that doesn't affect DUTV's stop sign ,can hope for good outcomes at this point.
