Further evidence Ani is probably in the Quiet Period of a transaction for Libigel. Ani consistently presented at three conferences per year, if not more. The three included Roth Capital, Oppenheimer and UBS.

Ani does not appear to have presented at any of the following conferences, all held since the filing of the new patent applications, letting the trademark for Libigel expire without seeking a replacement name and removing Libigel as a licensing opportunity.
