I doubt Benny has to worry about criminal prosecution. REDG only burned through a few million. I doubt that registers with any government agency. And, no shareholders are making too much noise over it, so he probably doesn't even have to worry about a shareholder class action lawsuit.

It looks like Benny will keep saying, what he thinks people want to hear, as long as he can keep getting money for REDG shares.
