pt trader; not sure if I understand your question. Do you just want to sell all of your shares, and take a tax loss ?
otcmarkets.com shows that gyphq has a FINRA stop sign .... some brokerages may not allow trading of this ticker.
( I'm holding a large block of gyphq shares. )
