What they should have written was what they did .

They locked up 450 million shares for a year minimum ..

Wtf is so difficult for folks to understand about shares that are really retired , like gone fnnn permanently, verses shares that are moved to a different shelf and still exist ??

Clearly the result they were hoping for did not happen , nor should it have.
