Texas Pacific Land Corporation (TPL)

This sounds like TPL is creating a new business. Hopefully, they have water resources located in many locations on their 1,370 square miles of surface land holdings. The individual hired to do this has experience and should be able make the best use of TPL's resourses. I would enjoy knowing the full extent of this operation. Someday, perhaps management will do an actual investor presentation, and maybe even do conference calls!
