I am amazed after all this time this is still debated..lol. It was the same fake asset used in the AURC scam. The fake "storage" certificates...the "valuation" report that would not be accepted by ANY regulatory body in the US or Russia.

They tried to use it twice to pump the stock. Even had an "outsider" come in and hold a conference call about how wonderful this was going to be...although I think that was just a few investors trying to create some hype so they could sell.

And as time has passed with nothing coming of it...just continues to demonstrate that this is a worthless penny scam...a dead one at that.
