Slojab - I agree that the Western Realty merger was likely an attempted P&D, and not much of one.

This current merger or purchase is a done deal. And by all appearances is a small private business going public in an inexpensive sort of way.

I've held my shares long enough I'm not selling anytime soon. LOL!
What I am waiting for is a precise count of current shares before I buy more. i am not sure if I currently own 2% or 3%. I do not want to become a 5% owner. So am waiting to determine how many more shares I can by & stay below 5%.

Does not mean my wife won't become a 4.5% owner in the near future. Nor my son becoming another 4.5% owner. :)
