I disagree that it was a pump & dump. The number of sellers, the number of shares sold, & who was doing the selling contradict a pump & dump.

Previous investors had been holding 100's of millions of then basically worthless shares for at least the last 5 years prior.
Including myself. I was holding 15 million shares that had basically become worthless in the last 5 years or so.

I like many others, assumed this stock was dead. (it was)

When things suddenly began happening & the price began moving upwards, these long term holders like myself decided to sell now that the shares were no longer worthless.

I did not. I held my share that I had accumulated over a span 10 -12 years ago & decided to WAIT & SEE what would transpire. I feel I was right to hold my shares even thru the 5000 - 1 reverse split as the company now has 9 million in annual revenue up from 00.00

And so just this week, I bought more shares. I is called long term investing.

Please present evidence this was a pump & dump.
