Just saw this on the daily list. That's just nuts!!!!!!!!!!

I've seen some pretty low floaters, around 5 - 7M and have to look at their history to see what they did to have such a low float. Usually is something like this.

As of March 31st, 2017

Auth 500M
Outstanding 132,989,407
float 27,712,084

Price: 0.011

I wouldn't normally comment on these but wow. Good luck to anyone that gets stuck/ wiped out on this one.

To do a 1-300 RS on a 135 million O/S stock is a 100% way to totally screw all existing shareholders. With a smaller RS one could believe some fairytale about bringing in value after the RS but in this case it doesn't matter what they do afterwards, even if they would really bring in something tangible, the stock will be diluted to death together with something new coming in.

They will end up with what 450k shares or so? Even if they just dilute 15 million shares afterwards, all current shareholders are basically wiped out unless you bring in Apple or Microsoft with 15 million new shares. There is absolutely no reason to do a bigger than 1-20 or 1-30 RS with this current O/S unless you intentionally want to screw current investors. And after all that's what crooks do.
