Choices, we all have them. Bob made his choice. None of us
will understand his reason. But I am sure there is more than one of
us who have had that thought during our lifetime.
This is not an easy life. there are times that we really just want to end it all. But the reality of life is that things will change. no matter how far we seem to be down there is always a light at the end of the tunnel. The subject of mental health is something that is not really adressed in this nation and that is pretty sad in its self.
I feel that the more people start to understand the physical and mental health issues in life the better off we all will be.
It takes a storng individual to stop and just ask for help.
It makes me sad yet angry that a man with so many resourses could not find it in his makeup to just stop and say help me. It really does not matter how much money or friends you might have. What matters it that you have got to be able to find help, before you make that choice to end your life. Do it now, find the resources be it online or local mental health professionals, a religious mentor,. somebody something,find it now while things are good in your life. Write it down, put it someplace safe. get to know your danger zone. And when you feel that you need help just ask. There are many reasons, for depression. I did not know for a very long time until someone I knew had major issues, that depression can be caused by a simple chemical imbalance in your blood system. My friend life by the horns. and a month later he was just out of it. It took some really good friends to get him to go see someone. And when we found out it was a chemical imbalance it made all the differnce. But again sometimes it is just life. things don't go as planned. people let you down, you let yourself down. and those are things you can change. you can change the people you are around. you can change your goals to meet your current stage in life. and of course you can just stop and find someone and say look help me. So there you go. let's just use Bobs choice as a lesson in life and move on.
