If Libigel were dead, it is highly unlikely the patent agent would of added the claim that restoring testosterone reduced the number of Breast Cancer Events. This is in addition to the claim that it reduced cardiovascular events by 70%. The Breast Cancer discovery was more recent information (December 2015) not available when they had only 4000 patient years of data in the initial filing (July 2011). Therefore someone had to be working on it.
