Here's my take: Promo + PR with updated filings goes to .005+. IF a company like Del were to step in, it goes to 0.01+. Then i would expect a rs and Del would take it to $1+. Absent a Del scenario, this will still run hard with an update or a promo. We saw it zoom to 0.0005 on no news at all within an hour or so last Thursday. This spring is wound about as tight as it can go - lots of strong hands with large positions holding here.
