You asked some good questions. You will not get any worthwhile answers. Keeping these "business relationships" convoluted is exactly what the powers that be want. VPER has almost nothing to do with Apollo and even less to do with AV1. VPER shareholders aren't going to benefit from either "relationship".
No financials in over a year. Updates on VPER are basically nonexistent.
