Yes, but can be as much as $1/share. HIPPQ stake in UPLD is 1M shares i believe. A pretty good stake in the company. Still not sure if that includes all the NOLs and patents too. If not, they may get another premium on top of that.

Lots of moving variables and we're all in the dark on this one. Just trying to find little holes of light to make sense of what it looks like on the other side.

Think we're on to something. Fingers crossed is all we have right now.
