The price goes to 0.0188 and someone sells at 0.0135. The price goes back up to 0.0170 and someone sells at 0.0135. This is more than some guy selling off some of his 60 million at way below current price. This is market manipulation, pure and simple. When you look at the OTC marketplace, think manipulation. Gladly, I'm only invested in two pinkies, VATE and it's former parent.
