Why would Prostar need the cash when they were a private profitable company?

And re-reading the agreement it appears some of that cash that HydroPhi dished out was to pay Magna as well as for Prostar to put back into the business.

I still think there are big things to come for those willing to take the risk and hold.... I know I am!
