That's great, but imagine someone in their 20s starting out .
In 2014 I bought a coop for 165. Sold at 190. That's with 20% down.
2016 sold that got a house for 420. 5% down.

I started Late. Parents had nothing to help me with. Same with wife.
Mae will be paying it off working very hard. In hopes that out kids never have to get a mortgage.

It's a generational enslavement.

If people had a mentality to save their money, there would be no need for mortgage.

Asians are a good example. Live together for long time, work hard, once ready, cash purchase.
