Why is it that nothing was done about the PR on Nov 19 2012 in which ATTD announced:

"""Attitude Drinks Announces the Addition of The Kroger Co. to Retail Portfolio"""

Then the company dumped millions of shares after that PR and that Phase III never ended up on Kroger shelves? Then the stock soon later ended up with no bid?
