Hi cintrix.....so another question.....the new owners of this shell play is suing the t/a over a discrepancy for about 50m shares. According to "pacer", the defendants ( transfer agent) haven't responded to summons. It's been a month and a week. Normally, in civil actions, non response means a win for plantiff. Do you know how long they (the t/a) has to respond?
