TF, are you out from ABPR after what you heard?
Could you share with us what was said?

Yes I'm almost out for now (I have only a tiny amount left).
The information I got was that their business is not doing good, that Mathilda (wife of Jerry with 100 million shares) doesn't care about the stock nor the company and that they are behind in payments for employees. It certainly fits into the picture that they told people for months now that they will bring out updates and filings and nothing ever happened.

I can only share what I get told from first hand information. We had great contact with Jerry until he died, since then we have been more or less in the dark with some occasional information.
