I would say no update in over a year is a bad sign. Maybe they are waiting on the lawsuit before updating. Right now, all the signs are not good. Only value may be the shell of this stock at this point. It may be turned into something else like its previous iterations. But of course if its taken over by someone else, a reverse split will be filed. You may want to speak to Salomonsky and hear it from the horses mouth. He didn't seem to enthusiastic the last time somebody talked to him.
