I learned my lesson by the time Nelson spun off Q2P. The parent company, Cyclone which Nelson was president of topped out at like $0.95/share. Today it's trading at $0.0005. Yes, you read that right! All the same things that are happening with Q2P are exactly what happened with Cyclone. The only difference is that Cyclone claimed to have a product (or at least close to having one as they said) whereas Q2P has nothing! They abandoned all R&D on the engine they built the company around over a year ago.
