The video below is from April of last year. At that point, they had no operating reactors making powder, so, I'm assuming now that they have at least one reactor running now they can seriously begin all the paper work needed for the spinoff. I think it could be the end of the year before we see a new division of Pyrogenesis. They have mentioned in other articles about a ramp up period for production of the powders, once they reach capacity, then they may file the paper work, who knows?
