Here you can see it with MVTG, as discussed earlier. If EPS > 0 then companies have to disclose the fully diluted number.

Basic 116,454,010
Diluted 606,601,337

For some reason EPS was 0.01.
If it had been -0.01 then the share count would have been only 116M.
Kind of strange.
