So what is attd really worth?

They have no product on the shelf.

The don't have any employees.

Some intellectual property in the form of drink formulas.

The debt got shifted to hvcw. At one time they owned 71% of them but there was a deal with NYC loan company for $200,000.

I don't think it is out of the question to think he could sell attd to Gratitude Drink Co. His shares are protected. hvcw is going in a different direction with Conrad Huss.
