Your frustration is undoubtedly shared by all on this current message board. I personally believe that this stock is significantly undervalued if (and the "if" is getting bigger every day of inaction) we have a effective CEO and management team behind this company. I always felt that "timing" of the introduction of this product was crucial especially in light of a few competitors in the market place in Canada. As far as seeking retribution from the government....that's a big zero as the government must give their approval to sue them albeit I would love to see someone take on the FBI for their total lack of research that this is a legitimate product vs. a "purported product" from a real corporation in Germany vs. a shell created to do a pump and dump as justification of their announcement. Unfortunately folks, we be caught in the middle.
