Junk bonds. No one should buy this stock until the company can demonstrate:
1. They can generate a profit without using equity financing that use their shares as equity. Another term for toxic financing.
2. Strong corporate governance to prevent mishandling of company resources and control decision making.
3. Demonstrate that one of the company's in their portfolio is capable of being successful. GMER is still a struggling development company that has not generated a profit. It is generating interest in a niche market, but not enough to support the market plan. That company is going to flop if it continues to use toxic financing and diluted it's shareholders value to keep the lights on.
Currently GMCO and GMER are bad investments.
