The TBIO shareholder's meeting starts today at 10:00am EST. I have shares, but did not vote. I was not sure if the current TBIO shareholders were getting a good deal at 9% ownership of the new company after the proposed 1-30 reverse split and proposed merger gets completed. The person I talked with said the vote may be close. I guess we will see what happens. Any thoughts? Go TBIO!
