Anyone knows what's going on with Avant Diagnostics that merged with Amarantus Diagnostics last year?

Avant is delinquent with the SEC filings and their website avantdiagnostics.com was taken down.

Amarantus owns 80 million shares of Avant (AVDX) and Gerald is on the Avant board
