It is time to get tough v. ABX and cohorts Gold crimes.

Barrick's major investment in Chile USD1.05 at 2007, to acquire 0.000001% contracted interest of Chile assets, to protect Canada and USA investors, has to be at the top of the list of concerns to ABX shareholders. Also, that Motley's settled in INSURANCE FRAUD when trying to validate Barrick's Pascua ownership, vene though the leading lawyer JH was in direct knowledge and written exchange with me, that Barrick did not own PASCUA. 180 mILLION usd iNSURANCE SCAM.

2. In actual fact, what NYSE, TSX and BCSC has validated in fraud to investors - ENRONIC - at least in the case of SILVER WHEATON + BARRICK Silver Ponzi scam, commenced specifically 2009.
