An offering is coming very soon to take advantage of the rising pps. It's long over due as they do 2-3 offerings per year. Rexahn likes to always have 20mil or more cash on hand. When it dips below that expect an offering, which it has, With the positive trial results & the pps at a much more attractive price due to the reverse split I'd expect big institutions will want to buy up much of the offering. RNN is also in a much better position to negotiate partnerships/deals with other pharmas in their current condition. Lisa Nolan was hired to work on this a year ago & hopefully it'll eventually pay off sometime this year. Patience.
