Yes, that first sentence is standard language CPAs use to indicate that the company is in trouble of continuing operations without some type of intervention. However, this company has many more additional problems that potential investors should be aware of before purchasing these junk bonds.
1. The income statement indicates a company that is losing money.
2. The company is basing it's income stream on GMER which is a diluted company that is a long shot to be successful.
