ROBERT M PICKUS Mr. Robert M. Pickus, Esq. serves as the Managing Director GCA Holdings, LLC. Mr. Pickus serves as the Chief Executive Officer of GDA Leisure, LLC, a diversified business development and advisory firm. He serves as Regulatory Counsel to EPR Properties, a publicly-traded REIT. Prior to this, from 1985 to 2010, he served in various roles for Trump Entertainment Resorts. He served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Trump Entertainment Resorts Funding, Inc. since June 29, 2007 and its Secretary March 1995. He served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Trump Hotels & Casino Resorts at Trump Casino Holdings LLC since March 1995. Since February 1998, he served as Secretary of each of Trump Atlantic City Corporation and Trump AC Holding and Assistant Secretary of TCHI. Since January 1997, Mr. Pickus served as Secretary of THCR Holding Corp. and Vice President and Secretary of THCR Enterprises, Inc. Since February 1996, he served as Secretary of Castle Associates. Since January 1996, he served as Secretary of Trump AC Funding. Since February 1995, he served as Executive Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs of each of Taj Associates, Plaza Associates and Castle Associates. Since December 1992, he served as the Executive Vice President and Secretary of Trump Indiana. Since March 1986, he served as the Vice President and Secretary of Plaza Funding. From April 1994 to February 1998, he served as the Assistant Secretary of Trump AC Holding. From April to December 2000, Mr. Pickus served as the President of TCS. From June 1996 to April 2000, he served as the Executive Vice President of TCS. Until February 1998, he served as Assistant Secretary of Trump Atlantic City Corporation. Since April 1998, he served as Secretary of Trump's Castle Funding Inc. He served as Executive Vice President and Secretary of Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. from March 1995 to June 2007. He served as Chief Administrative Officer of Trump Entertainment Resorts Inc. since June 29, 2007 and its General Counsel since March 1995. From April to December 2000, Mr. Pickus served as the President of Trump Casino Services, LLC. From June 1996 to April 2000, he served as the Executive Vice President of Trump Casino Services, LLC. Mr. Pickus served as the Executive Vice President of Corporate and Legal Affairs of Trump Marina Associates, LP (the "Partnership") a holding company Trumps Castle Funding, Inc. since February 1995, Secretary of the Partnership since February 1996 and a member of the Board of Partner Representatives of the Partnership from October 1995 to the consummation o the TCH Note Offering. He has legal and management experience in the gaming industry. He has been the Chairman of AG&E Holdings, Inc. since December 1, 2016. He has been an Independent Director of AG&E Holdings, Inc. since September 14, 2016. He served as Director of THCR Enterprises, Inc. since January 1997, Trump Marina, Inc. (formerly known as Trump's Castle Hotel & Casino, Inc., "TCHI") since February 1998 and Trump AC Funding since January 1996. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Valley Forge Casino Resort from 2014 to 2016. Since November 1997, he served as a Director of each of Trump AC Funding II and Trump AC Funding III. From November 1995 to May 2000, Mr. Pickus served as a Director of each of THCR Holding Corp. and THCR/LP. Mr. Pickus has been admitted to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey since 1980 and in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1981.
