Great post stervc, Cannabis Clean seems to be taking on a more prominent and key role based on the following "interesting" comments I noted from the BLDV CEO during what I think is a loaded interview. Notice the following comments from Josh Alper, BLDV CEO, at the times indicated below:

1. 4:30 - Cannabis Clean has transformed from a janitorial service into a full-blown anti-bacterial sanitation company

- I think this comment explains why BLDV bought Cannabis Clean as a 100% whole owned subsidiary and brought Steve McMorrow onto the Board of Directors. Cannabis Clean must have some significant value a full-blown anti-bacterial sanitation company in the cannabis industry for BLDV to complete these two steps.

2. 4:43 - Cannabis Clean has been able to develop protocols with BLDV's partners in Israel and develop a really strict set of cleaning and anti-bacterial guidelines for this industry

- I think this is the most powerful comment as it interests me why BLDV would be developing such protocols that are strict and contain anti-bacterial guidelines. I could be wrong but there seems to be some sort of client demand or regulatory environment requirements in Israel for them to develop these protocols or guidelines. I do not think BLDV, Cannabis Clean or their partners in Israel would spend time or money on developing these protocols if they are not required and/or key to cultivation. Hence, the strategic value of Cannabis Clean to help BLDV sell services to partners in Israel.

3. 4:57 - BLDV sees Cannabis Clean as the one that can carry that set of services into other countries and into other states

- Again the value proposition, it seems like Cannabis Clean posses or developed something valuable that cultivators will require require services for on worldwide or inter-state basis.

4. 5:11 - BLDV has made strategic partnerships (recently) that are going to allow BLDV to really understand the whole facility approach when it comes to cannabis and BLDV is hoping that Cannabis Clean can provide really high-level services

- Notice how Josh trips up on the word recently. It makes me think something has recently developed with these partnerships (in Israel or other countries) where Cannabis Clean will play a pivotal role to help BLDV provide services (i.e. protocols or guidelines presented in #2) for the entire facility approach.

Summary: Piecing together all of these comments and my thoughts above makes me think Cannabis Clean is now playing a pivotal significant role in BLDV's services and value proposition to its partners (i.e. Israel). Time will tell how significant this role is.
