Thanks for your reply! I did not know there was a list of people who have participated in the private placements. Here i am talking about the last 5 years, not before that time frame. If you know of a list please share with us.

As i understand the recent history, there is a group of extended family and friends who have contributed most[about 70%] of the funds raised in the last 5 years or so. I believe i know of a few of these, and i have never heard that the MMTIF is not legit. So most of the funds raised are from the people who know the company and management very well, and most of those shares are being held to this day.

Surly you do believe Corinthian Partners is legit. I think they have clients who have participated in MMTIF private money raises. And some of the names are very well respected.

So bottom line, management has misjudged how long it takes these Fortune top 50 to react and as a results management has been disappointed in the time required to get these huge value products to finalization of contracts. That is the real crux of the problem, but it does not mean the products will not eventually come to market. And sooner than you now believe. All the above is JMO!
