What has materially changed within the company or in the market to have reversed the downward trend in this stock?

ANSWER : ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

This DEAD CAT BOUNCE / HEAD FAKE rally is merely a full-court press to get the share price back above the $1.00 level and reset the de-listing clock.

Fundamentally and empirically this is the same poorly run company as last week.
