okay in the interview Mr. Umbra says he rejects the idea of a reverse split, but then says he has something that will help the company but cant speak of it yet, that he tossed the idea to the lawyers and banks and that they all loved the idea, that the pps will go up and reflect truly more what the company is worth. The company's assets are 23 million, with debd around 25k-50k.
