Lots of excitement here, but becoming pink current is just one of the means to an end. A lot of things have happened and much more updated and plenty of trading left to come.

*Basically Adel Nassar took control of $KNSC with the purchase of 3.2 billion common shares on the open market. And all previous management/owners out.

*Because of the reverse merger (and KNSC being dark) KNSC dropped to pink no information and acquired the caveat emptor status due to lack of information on OTC in regards to Adel and Hibachi Grill.

*Erwin Vahlsing hired as CFO

*From February til late April Adel and Erwin began updating all info on KNSC's OTC company profile page.

*What we know from all of this:

- Hibachi Grill is a REAL company with 2 operating restaurants and a third in construction. Gross sales for 1st Q topped $500,000.

- Nassar and Vahlsing will get KNSC Pink Current

* What we expect and were told from previous IR:

- News announcing finalized reverse merger
- No reverse split in merger
- Name/Ticker change
- Stock Restructure
