Please forgive my ignorance, as I'm a newbie to the penny stock world and trying to learn as much as possible. GRPS caught my eye because it's quadrupled several times in the last 6 months.

Can anyone help me understand at what point the bid rises above the ask? If I purchased GRPS at .0001 how high would the stock have to get before the bid hits .0002 for example. And are there problems being able to sell when it's up?
