I do not support embryonic stem cells but are Stem Cells legal at all? There may be legal limitations to stem cell research in that certain clinical trials on stem cells can not be carried out because of current law.

So I guess in regards to BMSN's clinical trial on whatever form of stem cell may not be able to be carried out if it violates current applicable laws.
