Could use the shell I guess, only major bagholders holding shares, holders through RS, need 25000% or more return for break even, even worse for those that held through both. Look for filings, more than a year behind, Little Man might try to tell a tale, you never know. But, zero exists of the former company, would have to make up something entirely new, likely, need to put a fall guy in his place and pretend to step down too.
